CrossFit Flower Mound is conveniently located in the heart of Flower Mound. We are made up of people from all walks of life- brand new athletes, college students, stay at home moms, professionals and those who are retired. When you step into our box, you are family.
We offer several programs, including CrossFit, CrossFit Kids and Teens, Weightlifting (Olympic), Home School PE, Personal Training, Nutritional Counseling and more. We have classes throughout the day to fit your busy schedule. Our goal is to help you become stronger and more fit while staying healthy and injury free. Ready to get started?
Brand new to CrossFit?
Step 1: Come try a class for free.
You can pick any time and day that works for your schedule. Jump in and experience what CrossFit is all about. We have Community Workouts occasionally as well which are great opportunities to try it out with lots of other brand new people! Community Workouts are ALWAYS free to anyone.

Step 2: Schedule your CrossFit 101.
You must complete one of the CrossFit 101 options prior to joining after your free class. There are three options:
CrossFit 101 Private: Three one on one sessions that are scheduled based on your availability. We can do early mornings, mid-day, evenings and weekends. The cost is $149 (solo), $119/person (2 athletes), $99/person (3 athletes), $79/person (4 athletes).
CrossFit 101 Class: Three pre-scheduled classes, usually once a month. Each session is 1 hour. The cost is $50.
Upcoming 101 Classes are:
December 16, 17 and 19 at 5:00 pm
CrossFit 101 Test Out: This is designed for those who have extensive background in lifting and working out. It is a 1 hour session scheduled with a coach where you show efficiency at the movements we use on a regular basis. The cost is $60.
